Hi, I'm Dee,

I've been in all stages of the fitness game. Step aerobics and classes, cardio, weight training with the “guys,” yoga after a car accident.

I’ve been living a healthy lifestyle consistently for nearly 10 years and during that time I've refined my healthy living strategy to provide the best results, but more importantly, to get those results when you are having fun.

The most frustrating and challenging things for me were not knowing what was REALLY healthy, reading ingredient labels, going out to eat, and still sticking to my healthy lifestyle. On top of not needing a loan to afford healthy choices for my family. I educated myself and acquired the tools to make healthy living simple.

Now, I've mapped it out, created simple guidelines, and shared my routines with others who want to feel confident and love their bodies!
